Rob holds a Masters
Degree in Interaction Design and a Bachelor of Science degree
in Industrial Engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University
in Pittsburgh. He also has advanced certificates in film and video
production from New York University.
Rob Gargiulo is an expert in crafting dynamic media that captivate
users while addressing critical business issues. He is familiar
with the principles of software development, human-computer interaction
and information architecture, but recognizes the importance of
solid design in creating all interactive experiences.
Before joining The Mardiney Group, Rob was owner of Free Falling
Media, a multimedia consulting and production firm dedicated to
finding interactive solutions to sales and marketing problems.
He worked with major pharmaceutical companies to create continuing
medical education CDROMs that both trained physicians and promoted
products, large retail clients to develop transactional kiosks
that improved the in-store shopping experience and Fortune 100
media companies to design interactive presentations that made
their properties more attractive to media buyers seeking "Gen-X"
audiences. Prior to starting Free Falling Media, Rob worked at
Time Warner, managing technical projects that improved magazine
production, manufacturing and distribution. |
